Consumers are seated in front of a five-foot screen that provides a life-size, browse-able shelf setting. They can navigate the shelves using a patented control panel. Just like a real store, if something grabs their attention, they can zoom in on the product. It's quite convenient.
how it works
While respondents browse the store, they decide which products they would purchase from the shelf. All of this is done without the respondent knowing which product is being tested, creating an unbiased testing environment. Combined with a unique intrusiveness test, we can determine the shopability of the product on the shelf and how quickly the consumer can locate your product amongst the competitors.
