As head of business development at PreTesting, Chris is a master strategist and a pro at making connections. He has been a sales and business development executive in large corporations and small business for 19 years. Chris particularly loves how at PreTesting, all his favorite things converge: tech, science, human energy and passion. Chris has a BA from Northwestern, a post bacc from University of Pennsylvania and attended NYU Stern School of Business for Executive Education in Corporate Finance. When not on the golf course (you can often find Chris teaching his two little girls how to play!), Chris focuses his attention on buffalo wings, for which he won a competition—eating 53 wings in 10 minutes!
Aggie’s been at PreTesting for over 10 years. She has a mastery of computer programming. As a researcher and a programmer, she can look at a questionnaire and know exactly what won’t work and what will. She puts us all in our place when we think we’ve figured out the perfect survey (which we never do…) She loves that her job allows her to see how an ad performs before the rest of the world does, and she loves working in a place that cares about its clients and its employees and is consistently committed to excellence. Aggie has a BA in sociology from Jagiellonski University, Poland and a MA in Science from CUNY. In her spare time, Aggie can be found with a laptop in hand, penning short stories (she’s a winner of a foreign short story writing competition, making her one of our in-house published authors!)
As production and technology guru at PreTesting, Brian’s been filling in the blanks in our research studies for over 6 years—making sure the ads and all media in studies are ready for launches (he also helps us navigate all our personal tech glitches—from email spam to downloading obstacles). Brian has a passion for media and popular culture, and loves seeing the ads we test before they go live and how they change once we’ve given feedback to our clients. Brian has a BA in communications and associate’s degree in finance from Ramapo College. Brian’s a proud new papa to a baby boy, and while he’s not changing diapers or helping with tummy time, he can be found in the kitchen, whipping up something delicious he sampled at a new restaurant the night before.
Brian keeps the trains running on time at PreTesting— you can often find him making sure that business objectives are met, deliverables are achieved, and good times are had. Prior to PreTesting, Brian worked as a Senior Analyst for Giuliani Partners Consulting Firm which he assisted with project development and remediation oversight for multiple Government entities and Fortune 500 companies. Working at PreTesting, Brian likes to be able to provide guidance and support to advertisers in order for them to get across the most effective message to their audience. Brian graduated with a BS in business administration from Northeastern University. When he’s not at work, Brian is a huge Yankees fan, and always has to eat peanuts when he watches them play.
Chris started at PreTesting over 10 years ago, and is director of all operations (from IT to projects, Chris keeps this place meticulously run). Chris is a market research pro who knows how to look at detail while not losing sense of the big picture—he is the reality check for our team. While unassuming in public, we know that he is always 10 steps ahead, and that’s one of the great advantages of working with him. While not at the office (you can often reach him here at all times of day and night), Chris is working on his MBA at Monmouth University and enjoys spending time with his almost toddler (preferably at the Jersey shore…)
As a researcher at PreTesting, Chris knows how it all works, from data runs to questionnaire writing to computer programming. He saves the day during crunch times (and has an amazing relationship with Excel!) Chris finds it satisfying that PreTesting helps our clients reach their full advertising potential, and likes being challenged on a regular basis to come up with new ways to mine through data or ask the right survey questions to get maximum results. Chris has a BA in psychology and an MA in experimental psychology from Iona College. Outside of work, Chris is an avid car enthusiast, who loves to learn about the latest innovations in the auto industry (while doing minor repairs on a lucky friend’s car!)
Christine came to PreTesting with over 10 years of design and production experience working with clients in the fashion, beauty & grooming, and lifestyle industries. Having worked at companies both large and small, she brings with her a unique understanding of the intricacies of the production business, a passion for graphic arts, a firm grasp on design techniques, and lots of creativity (her desk is where the team goes when they’re looking for inspiration or new ideas—or sugar free candies!) Christine has a BA from New Jersey City University in graphic design. Christine is a native Jersey girl, and loves to take advantage of all the Garden State has to offer (you might find her mountain biking with a camera around her neck and her daughter strapped in behind her somewhere on the slopes of the Ramapo Mountains…)
As President of PreTesting, Dan has grown our boutique firm, strengthening and extending client relationships and leading the development of our ever-expanding cutting edge research offerings. As Lee’s partner, Dan worked to re-launch the face of PreTesting, turning it into a nimble firm with highly-customized client offerings. His strategic vision and implementation has led PreTesting to be recognized by top Fortune 500s as a foremost cutting edge copy research company. Dan also handles day-to-day operations at PreTesting, ensuring that human, financial, technological, informational and material resources are above par and add to PreTesting’s business relationships and deliverables. Dan received a Masters of Business Administration from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business and a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Yeshiva University. When he’s not plugging away at PreTesting, Dan can be found running the streets of his northern NJ neighborhood or hanging with his three little ones.

She is a senior project director extraordinaire, and has worked with clients as varied as Kraft, Pfizer, PepsiCo, Boston Beer, State Farm, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and many many others. She is a huge asset to PreTesting—from her attention to detail, to her ability to communicate and disseminate research findings in the most effective way possible, to being able to simplify complex issues into actionable and meaningful results for our clients—she is our golden project gal. Liz has a BA in communications from William Paterson University. When Liz is away from the office, she is often excited to come across an ad PreTesting has evaluated while she’s watching TV, noticing the research findings that have been incorporated! Liz is also working on learning the ins and outs of landscaping to create an oasis of tranquility in her front yard.
Jan began at PreTesting 12 years ago, and quickly became an integral part of the team. She has significant experience managing field for a variety of large studies, including international and off the beaten path locations. Jan loves the diversity of clients she works with and helping them meet their needs (which often border on the impossible!) She’s the cheerleader-in-chief at PreTesting, and is the glue that holds our tight knit team together (she also knows who to call when we need a little outside help—roofer, anyone?) Jan has an associate’s degree in applied science from Johnson & Wales University. Outside of work, Jan’s also cheerleader-in-chief at her daughter’s little league games and tries not to get in the way while her son wreaks his terrible twos havoc!

Michael is a jack of all trades at PreTesting, where figuring out what a client wants and needs is a special talent he possesses. He has worked on pharma to CPG and everything in between, and he knows how to build studies tailored to clients’ needs, no matter what industry. He also serves as an encyclopedia of PreTesting studies and proposals—we haven’t been able to stump him yet! Michael likes getting a sneak peak at upcoming ad campaigns and how PreTesting plays such a pivotal role on successful ads that go live. Michael has a BS in management from Yeshiva University. Outside of work, Michael likes to hang with his little guy, and is an avid New York Mets fan, a trait he hopes to pass along to his son!
